If you have configured your email client to download mail from the server and not to leave a copy online you may find webmail empty when you log in. You can usually change this setting by editing the advanced options of your email account on your computer. If you edit your settings to leave a copy online please ensure your email quota (editable through Cpanel) is left at a high setting to accommodate your accumulating email
