How to configure your iPhone/iPad to access your mail

To setup your email account on your iPhone/iPad, please make sure you have first created the email account in your cPanel. For steps on this, please go to http://www.fastwayweb.com/members/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=2.

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calenders

3. Tap on Add Account

4. Tap on Other

5. Tap on Mail Account

6. Enter in your name, email address, password, description.

7. Tap IMAP or POP

8. Incoming Mail Server
Host name: mail.youdomain.com (replacing 'yourdomain.com' with your actual domain name)
Username: Full email address
Password: Email password

9. Outgoing mail server
Host name: mail.yourdomain.com (replacing 'yourdomain.com' with your actual domain name)
Username: Full email address
Password: Email password

10. If you get the message Cannot Verify Server Identity, Tap continue

11. Tap on outgoing mail server
Use SSL: Off

12. Advanced
Use SSL: Off

Server Port: 110 (POP), 143 (IMAP)
